Abura Sumashi, is a being of the Japanese folklore. He wears a straw coat and has a stone head. This Yokai is found in the depths of the mountains. Although its origin is a mystery it is believed to be a ghost of oil thieves. We must remember that years ago oil was a valuable product and difficult to obtain.
